Thanks to projects such as «Al Cole en Bici», «Recycling Paper and Cardboard», «Recycling Used Cooking Oil» together with the ECOLOGICAL FOOD Project, CEIP Carlos Sainz de los Terreros has earned the adjective of ECOLEGIO.

The breakfasts that are being enjoyed, consist of a glass of milk (some with carob flour or honey), together with toast («beginners» bread) with oil, jam or honey, or carob cookies. For lunches we have started with chickpea, spinach and brown rice stew. Both breakfasts and lunches have been made with products made in La Garbancita Ecológica, that is, 100% organic. Both activities take place once a month, but with the intention of carrying them out fortnightly in the short term.

I would also not like to forget the two companies we have contracted for breakfast and school lunch services (Alventus and Sercaib), which have had a total predisposition for the development of all these activities.
